Salish was able to hang out with a celebrity for her birthday and to go shopping with one of her friends. All three of them were trying on clothes and jewelry and they video conferenced with Jordan to see what he thought of their style.
She also hung out with Mark at an ice cream parlor and they reviewed some of the toys he was working on. She seemed pretty excited about the progress he has made with his lab. It was a really nice scen that reminds people of how life can be when people slow down to think about their surroundings and appreciate the people around them.
Her dad gave her an opportunity to have the car she's always wanted. She was able to test drive it with her friend, and one of the girls that works on her show. She appeared excited at first, but then appeared worried, or maybe she was pressed for time. When she returned with the car, her dad said she could have the car but, the other option was to fly out to see her best friend. She decided to visit her best friend.
Her most fabulous birthday ended with a private event. They had one of her favorite places closed down early so they could be there by themselves. The manager agreed to it after asking nicely. The rest of the evening was spent hanging out, making snacks, and talking about life and living on Earth.
Overall, it was a wonderful birthday and representative of how people spend their day. Not too many people throw big parties or have lots of presents. Those are normally for days when everyone has time off from work. It seems birthdays are becoming time to spend with about 10-15 people, mostly friends and family. Salish video profile this week is no different that what most people experience on their own special day.
