The theme this month appears to be spending time with best friends. Salish is taken to the beach to recreate some memories. The pictures that were recreated were bite the cotton candy, backflip over a friend, blind folded drink, gymnastics pose, and race you to the shore. Then comparing the pictures on a timeline.
This all seems fairly harmless and for most people it can be. Reminiscing on fun memories or watching home movies can release hormones that make people feel good about themselves and positive about their environment. This helps build confidence and good self esteem when walking around town.
If the behavior is healthy and can lead to desired outcomes why isnt it done more often? Well, people are often busy and their schedules may not line up well. When people are stressed out, they are less likely to want to participate in someone elses activity even if they enjoy it. Working on these issues is all part of achieving work life balance which is often viewed on the following time table for adults.
| Work | Life |
| 8-10 Hours 6AM to 6PM | 4-5 Hours 4PM to 12PM |
| Office Time Workplace Hours College Conferences Certifications Exams Licensing Hearings Workplace Media and News Publishing |
Family Friends Home Movies Gifts Shopping Birthdays Holidays Board Games Video Gaming Theme Parks |
| Worklife and Activities | Lifestyle Schedule and Time Commitments | Balancing Work Tasks and Lifestyle Preferences |
The video shows that Salish has plenty of life balance, besides the fun time at the beach, she is able to go shopping, spend time with her dad, visit friends, and go to the movies. In examining these positive memories, there is often an assessment of body language and facial expressions to discover if these really are fun times. Neurology, Irisology, Energy Measures, and Bio Feedback can help complete an assessment.
