Salish dressed up this weekend to have a prom rehearsal. She's always looked good in dresses and recently started wearing them more often. This is a perfect opportunity to try something a little bit more fancy. There were a total of 5 girls including Salish and the guys were all dressed in suits and tuxedos.
There's a lot more to dressing up than just picking the right clothes. Besides looking good, its necessary to be comfortable in the clothes. It also helps to be able to move around and look normal without drawing to much attention to the fit of the clothes. Getting ready takes a little bit longer and that was 18% of the show this week. The rest of time everyone is hanging around looking good for the event.
Some of the activities to try while dress rehearsing, include sipping beverages, not moving around too fast, standing next to other guests and looking fabulous, and speaking confidently without being obnoxious. There were some new guests on the show and Salish started dancing. This is something new she started recently, going for something a little more formal and she appears to have lots of fun dancing.
Events sometimes have games and raffles and its nice to practice applause, cheer, excitement, and sincerity. Its also nice to go swimming at the end of the night or to practice speaking quietly in case someone is driving everyone home in their vehicle. Not startling the driver is extremely important after an event.
